Adventureach Fall Teams

[Closed] Please Sign Up To Our Mailing List To Be Notified About Next Season

(AGES 11-17)
Adventureach Teams consist of  groups from 40-50 who meet for 3 hour session of outdoor adventure and discipleship. Participants will be challenged physically, mentally and spiritually as they face challenges and participate in experiential learning opportunities. Through teams participants build character and lasting friendships.

This season, participants will be going over Rest & War by Ben Stuart.

Rest & War is a field guide, a book of ancient methods of transformation transposed into a modern key that offers biblical and practical guidance to:

  • Battle what’s holding you back while building what will propel you forward
  • Trade patterns of thinking that diminish intimacy with God for ones that encourage it
  • Fight sin and cultivate an environment that allows you to flourish
  • Design your everyday schedule based on your God-given purposes to bring more meaning into your routines

Life is hard, but there are promises to grip. Strategies and tactics to employ. Progress to be made. Flee evil and pursue intimacy with your Creator. Uproot what is broken and cultivate what is life-giving. Make war on what is destructive, and rest in the God who loves you.

This Fall all Teams sessions will be meeting weekly! We still ask that parents and participants make a commitment to attend as many sessions as they can as space is limited and we don't want to take a slot for someone who will not be regularly attending.

This year registration for Fall Teams will be opening at 2 pm on Saturday August 23rd. We appreciate the patience of all those who have been waiting. This year Teams registration will be back to first come first served. If you successfully register for a spot, you are guaranteed that is your time slot for this fall. If you are not able to register for your first choice, please register for any time slot that will work for you. If all the sessions are full, please register for the waitlist, and we will do our best to accommodate. Due to limited space, participants should only sign up for one weekly time slot for the fall season.

For all Teams Sessions:

Participants should be prepared to go deeper in debriefs and breakouts; as well as be more challenged in the outdoor adventure and sport.  Participants will need to bring a refillable water bottle, snack, bible (available upon request), and any clothing necessary for the weather that still allows them to be comfortable doing strenuous athletic activity.  Adventureach Teams are entirely outdoors so participants should be prepared to endure whatever weather we have.  In the case of severe inclement weather that would prohibit us from safely operating a session we will cancel.

Adventureach Summer Camps 2025 Registration Open Now! [Season Closed, Thank You For A Great Summer!]

(AGES 11-15)
We are excited to be offering our 10th year of Adventureach summer camps!
Due to demand we will be limiting registrations to one free summer camp per participant this year.  Please do not register your participant for more than one free summer camp.  All the camps offered at the Adventureach Proving Grounds are free so that no one is discouraged or unable to participate due to price; for those who are able and appreciate the mission of Adventureach we would ask you consider supporting us through one-time or monthly donations as able.  We look forward to seeing you this summer!

To register for the camps we offer in partnership with Kings Christian Academy you need to register through their website when it goes live https://www.kingschristianacademy.org/summer-camp . Even if the camps displayed here say all registered there may be space at Kings Christian Academy.  Their registration usually opens later than ours though so if it displays a past year it has not gone live for this year yet.

At Adventureach Summer Camp youth will experience an exhilarating week of full contact battles with state of the art foam weapons including swords, shields, spears, javelins, and bows & arrows. Daily organized battles and new challenging activities will keep participants excited and ready for more. Each participant will be part of a small team with an experienced adult leader and mentor to help build camaraderie and Christ-like character in an extremely fun, safe and dynamic environment.

Campers will be learning about Compassion, Edification, Respect, Integrity, Sacrifice, and Teamwork based on trust as they engage in Team Battles, Gladiator, Capture the Flag, Domination, Archery, Castle Siege Battles, Archery Tag and more!

Packing List:
  • Bible (available upon request)
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Athletic clothes and footwear appropriate for the temperature
  • Packed Lunch
  • Bathing suit
  • Towel
  • Medications (If your camper is allergic to stings we strongly recommend they bring their EpiPen)
  • Optional: Change of clothes, change of socks, sunblock, bug spray, and lacrosse helmet (if they would prefer to use their own).  The Adventureach Camp experience is entirely outdoors so participants should bring what they need to rise to the challenge.

Hydration: At Adventureach we make sure to have frequent water breaks. We also teach self-regulation and encourage campers to get water and take breaks as they feel they need it.  But hydration should continue and begin at home even before camps starts.  Please make sure your camper is drinking plenty of water and/or your choice of electrolyte drink at home.  We also recommend bananas or some form of potassium replacement to reduce the possibility of cramping.

We look forward to seeing you this summer!
